Stéphane Gagnon is a university professor with more than 20 years of experience.

Based in Canada, he has taught in a dozen countries and is fluent in 3 languages (EN, FR, ES; studying some PT, IT, and ZH).

He obtained in 2001 a PhD in Business Administration at Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM). He is specialized in Business Technology Management (BTM) and Strategy.

Director, R&D Consulting – SR&ED Program

Sylvia Andriamaharosoa is an Expert in Research, Technology, and Innovation. She has more than 20 years of experience in R&D tax credit assessment.

Based in Gatineau, Québec, Canada, she is Director of R&D Consulting – SR&ED Program at Intracubator. She manages all R&D tax credit services and ensures our startups and also the broader business community get the best advice for R&D planning and financing.

She obtained in 2017 a PhD in Information Science and Technology at Université du Québec en Outaouais (UQO). Her thesis demonstrated the feasibility of using Bayesian networks to help anticipate SCADA failure.


Innovations Intracubator Inc. is a privately-owned incubator based in Canada. It was incorporated in Québec since May 1997, focused first on IT management consulting and training, and recently developing startups incubation and coaching services.

Its purpose is to help graduate students and academics develop innovative web-based products and services.

A dozen services are in development, in partnership with both business and technology graduates to help develop markets and solutions.
